Welcome to HanLiving

Hello and welcome to my site! My name is Hannah, qualified Registered Associate Nutritionist and Sport Rehabilitator and founder of HanLiving Health and Wellness. I specialise in weight management, disordered eating, sport and exercise nutrition, and nutrition for the whole family.

I also have a professional background in Sport and Injury Rehabilitation with a passion for helping others return from injury in a structured and managed way, ensuring a safe and speedy recovery.
